Tuesday went well and I had high hopes for Sunday then got ill and didn’t train until Sunday. Warm up went well and I felt good the first 8 miles then got fatigued.

Yeah that’s just bad luck and not a lot you can do about that. I feel like you’ve made quite a bit of progress in just 12 weeks on the team. So imagine what you could do in another 24 weeks or even 52 weeks. It’s that consistency over a sustained period that brings the best results. So keep doing what you are doing Alison and I think you have the potential to show some real improvement as we move into the next plan.
