Was feeling really good until my parkrun fall, I definitely feel fitter than I have done recently.

Sore grazed knee which is sore to bend

COACH

I agree, I think the signs in the past 2-3 weeks are that your fitness has definitely improved again. So that’s a positive. Hopefully the graze and knee are just superficial, in which case, whilst likely to give you some discomfort, may not effect your run next Sunday. I bet you’re in that horrible seeping stage where the graze just keep letting off fluid. I know it well, it’s not pleasant. Hope you recover quickly.
