RPE

Easy run with the dog. Was in two minds about the strides, but then thought, why am I paying for a coach if I donโ€™t do what he plans!! First strides in ages and felt good even though they were quite slow!! A solid return!

I like that mindset. I’ve wrote this in someone else feedback today. The best footballers would always stay behind after training and do extra practice on their free kicks or shooting, that’s what made them the best. With strides, when everyone else is off home, we are putting in those extra 10-15 minutes to do the extra. And it’s that extra little bit that makes us better runners and achieve our goals, whilst the others plateau. So yes, the strides are the difference basically and why they are so important. So thank you for getting them done.
