It was a recovery week, so not too bad. I’m never going to be over critical as I know this is just a hobby. But I’m also keen you don’t lose fitness and then get a bit frustrated. So if you can get back on track this week that would be great as I feel you’re running well right now and I wouldn’t want you to lose that. Keep up the great work Philippa.
