Plan 1 – Week 10

This week was fairly busy so I was unable to do most of the plan. I did feel really good on the 10k though with a last push of encouragement from Stuart.

I’m glad you felt so good for the race and you were able to follow Stuart and finish strongly. It’s really nice to have that support, especially from such a strong runner. Don’t worry too much about the missed sessions, if you feel strong and are keen to continue working with me (I really hope you are), then we can jump straight into a new plan without a week off, that way you won’t lose any fitness and will continue to progress. If you’re keen to carry on just drop me a list of the races you hope to do over the next 3-6 months and I can create you a new plan.
