It was easy week after HHM. I felt a bit too easy but Iโ€™m not complaining ๐Ÿ˜„ Iโ€™m always a โ€œnot enoughโ€ person ๐Ÿ˜…

Parkrun was good but I expected doing a little better as weather was perfect.

I know how it can feel sometimes with weeks like that. But remember what lies ahead and all the marathon training. So we don’t want to push the body too hard just yet. Thanks for letting me know about your trip, that sounds very exciting, I’ve put the parkruns in for the days you mentioned. Also Tuesday AM, we train on the track at 10am if you wanted to join us?
