Plan 1 – Week 3

Had a good week, S&C are good little tasks to make sure I don’t slump on the sofa immediately after work.Β  Runs have been really good this week, 60 minutes at a reasonable pace on Thursday, a good time in parkrun on Saturday and a good longer run yesterday.

Level and number of sessions feels about right at the moment.

Really pleased to hear you are enjoying the sessions Glenn. You make a good point about the S&C and the sofa. There’s still plenty of time to get that rest in and TV time, but 15 mins less, to do some quality strength work can make such a difference. Do you mind me asking what you do for work?
