Plan 1 – Week 3

  • Oct 6-12

– the training speeds on the dashboard are obviously not correct atm, but the more sessions/races i do then it gives you intel to get these correct i assume.

– Really happy with how things are going so far. Its got me feeling very excited for whats to come

  • Just an update on this area really as its been a problem in the past. It’sΒ  coping with the speed very well so far which is super pleasing for me after all the work I’ve put in to rehabbing it. Still not 100% but I’m working towards that.

Achilles management

COACH

Brilliant week and so pleased Sunday went so well. Honestly if the injuries stay away, my excitement level for you as a runner is off the charts. What Paul has achieved should be an inspiration for you, and I think if you get 10-12 months of injury free, consistent training you won’t be far off the times he’s clocked, that’s my judgement. I’ve tweaked the training paces, they are constantly evolving, so feel free to always let me know if something looks off. I may have gone slightly too far the other way, but think you’ll be close to hitting those splits soon. Awesome work Danny.
