5k @ Half Marathon Pace (RPE: 6)

2km CD @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

A good session to mix up paces. WU & CD very important to slowly build the pace. A flat route is ideal here if you can.

Dropped 450m in altitude but hotter climate here, so what you gain with one I guess you lose with the other. Possibly a tad fast but wanted to push it and hoping, under race conditions, I’ll be able to sustain these splits
