FEEDBACK

ENJOYMENT

RPE

👊 Nailed my target

PACE

Had the track all to myself today 😂 Thought it was going to be hard work but I actually really enjoyed it and even finished early as there wasn’t much chatting going on 🤣 Pretty pleased with the session, felt strong and think I got the pyramid pretty well, even got the final 200 a bit quicker than the first one. average cadence of 191 spm and Average stride length of 1.04 m for the whole session not too shabby.

Great work Andy. I think I’ll try and keep giving sessions that suit you that sometimes might be a little different from the group. So we can keep nudging that stride length up. Glad you enjoyed it despite the lack of company. I don’t think I would even have been able to walk a lap of the track yesterday, that’s how ruined I’ve been 😂 Looking forward to getting back into training next week.
