Managed to run for 60 mins, the hip wasn’t perfect it’s more I can feel it than pain. Didn’t do strides as that would be too much also I think I’m harbouring a cold!

Really well done Lou, that’s a positive sign that you managed the 60 mins and sensible to ditch strides. Keep up the stretching and strength work and hopefully that discomfort will ease off.
