Quite a strong breast stroke swim, legs feeling better, back a bit sore, but getting there. Quick ice bath dip and jacuzzi, before massage. No excuses to get back to it now! Hope your legs have come back!!!!

Swim, ice bath, jacuzzi, massage……perhaps this is where I am going wrong. Sounds great. Hope the back eases off. My legs still being a bit naughty which surprised me, might need to just ease back into things a bit more gradual than I originally planned. Thanks for checking in.
