Always nice to be involved in parkrun but some weeks it’s best to run it easy. Try not to get caught up and run too fast.

🙄 Just a fraction slow

I did the 60 min today in two halves, leaving the 1/2 hr for tomorrow. 1/3 hr with Sue was good and first half of parkrun, then I felt exhausted and flagged, but Lou and Ben wouldn’t let me stop 😆😆. My HR has been good, but shot up for Parkrun 🤷‍♀️. Considering the weekend and a busy week it’s all ok 😊. Oh, I’ve booked Race to the sea, may 9th 🫣

That’s fine to switch things up slightly. Race to the Sea??? 🤯 You do like a challenge don’t you. You’ve proven you can do it though. Let’s keep an eye on that heart rate. Are you still using your watch to monitor it? I can’t remember if I asked that already. Apologies if I did and you already have a chest strap. If not it might be worth investing in one. That’s going to be my next running purchase I think. Well done Su.
