Done with dog and then strides. Legs weren’t feeling it but got it done. In case I don’t add my Saturday feedback before you pop in next week’s plan. On Monday, husband has a medical appointment 3 hours away. I should be back in time for track but not sure, so suggest plan it in and we can go from there! Then we’re off for a weeks holiday in the Gower – South Wales so won’t be able to do anything Friday or Saturday. Also not much opportunity for anything longer than 90 minutes (which will be coastal paths but they might not be an option with the rain that’s forecast. You probably don’t remember but there’s no option for S&C and no speed work there – it’s worse than Fairlight for flat bits with decent running surfaces. I intent to do Beckley 10k. Cheers

Great work Rebecca. Those 2 hard runs in 3 days probably why the legs still felt tired. I’ve tried to work next weeks schedule as best as possible. But I always say when going away, first and foremost enjoy your holiday. If you can get some runs in great, but it’s not the most important thing. Especially with that 10k PB in the bank.
