I’ll try and limit these going forward but you did great. Keep working on that posture as that can help then distract from any negative thoughts. And thank you. Yeah I was stupid for running in truth. I knew Saturday I needed the rest but having promised to lead I didn’t want to let others down and in the end paid the price. But I’ll be fine. Just need a bit more time to recover from the marathon that’s all. Great work Philippa.
