😁 Good pace given the conditions/route

Really happy with how that felt. Nice and comfortable, and felt like I had a nice rhythm. That’s the best I’ve felt since the illness, so hopefully I’m over it now. Even more pleasing is that it’s at the end of a day, in which I’ve done an S & C session and about 5 miles of walking. And I did the strides! Woohoo! Haha

Glad you are feeling better and always nice to see another member of the team on the run out working hard. Excited to see what Sunday brings now. Confidence should be high, even after this illness. If anything the legs will be fresher.
