It was interesting doing the same session two weeks running. Very similar stats although slightly quicker this week which I assume would be mainly down to having some company and someone to chase. Felt good with no issues so thing’s are definitely looking positive 😊

Yes sorry about that, but I guess it’s nice to have that comparison. I do like that session, not massive in terms of volume but the pace on the shorter reps is quick, which makes up for it. Once you get over the hurdle of that 1600 metre rep if feel easier again. Great work Andy. So pleased to see Sue back as well.
