RPE

๐Ÿ˜ Good pace given the conditions/route

PACE

I only do 4 strides because Iโ€™m building back up. Also my watch said I was doing some ridiculously slow pace for one of them ๐Ÿคฃ I had to listed to people moaning to me about the group sizes. I said tell the exec Iโ€™m not the keeper of the group sizes, you canโ€™t force people to move group because then they might just go home! Thatโ€™s. Discouraging people from running, just make sure there are multiple run leaders or helpers. Even when o try and stay out of stuff they still insist on involving me ๐Ÿ˜’

Very sensible with the strides. Definitely ease yourself back into it. Just do what I do with Jax now when she starts talking about HR stuff and say “sorry I’m not really interested”. I suppose as a run leader it’s tricky in that scenario but you’re right, the simply response should be message the exec. Well done for getting your second run ticked off though Lou.
