Nice and easy with the group felt good left them at Harley Shute Roundabout and carry on solo Back to the park kept it at 10.5 minutes miles

Perfect, great work Jim and nice to run with the group as well. Often if you’ve got shorter than 2 hours you can join the group for the whole run by meeting them en route. I know quite a few met at the Old Harrow Road to run 90 mins instead of the 2 hours.
