Plan 2 – Week 2

Feel that I have tried hard this week and am really pleased with my efforts, all completed bar my strides and will try to fit them in tomorrow just felt my legs screaming a bit after my run today so made the decision not to do them as worried I’d risk an injury.

plan to do track again Monday so spread out a bit more
