Light recovery run, legs are a little sore. No S&C today so will reschedule this one. Parkrun Saturday no need to amend the plan as Rocco may have a game.

Ok cool, will leave it the same for now but happy to change if need be. Well done for getting this done and sensible to leave the S&C for a day or two. All about listening the body. That’s the one thing I can never know as a coach is how you feel on any specific day, so it’s important when need be you ease back a little if the body is telling you to do so. I wish I listened to that advice last week
