Plan 1 – Week 13

Every time I went out for a jog my knee felt something wrong this week. So I didn’t run. I went for a jog and walk with friend today and it was kind of fine. I think I can start running now.

The injury isn’t from running. It’s from a fall and inside the knee cap has been painful but gradually getting better.

Really sorry to hear the knee is still hurting. Very unlucky with the fall. It could still be the bruising in truth, rather than internal damage so hopefully once you can run again, whilst perhaps feeling some discomfort, you might find it loosens up after a few km. Keep me posted and I hope you enjoy the rest of your trip if still away.
