Plan 1 – Week 18

Put ‘not quite good enough’, as opposed to ‘disappointed I didn’t get much done’, mainly because of today’s run, which went a little way towards saving the week. 21 miles for the week, so that’s not bad. Really looking forward to the next few weeks, as I feel I’ve had a bit of a mental reset, which was well needed.

Just one of those weeks. I think we need to switch focus to the Back Yard Ultra and then kick on with that. I think that will make a big difference and I’ll have a plan up and running for that this week.
