Treadmill for an hour as missed the start of group then did a few strides before going to the AGM (Sorry not the full 8)

Well done Chrissie. Perhaps an opportunity later in the week will come along to add a few extra strides in. But well done for getting the 60 mins in and shame you missed the group. Still feeling a bit under the weather here so didn’t attend the AGM sadly.
