Haven’t done the down and up ladder for a while and proably did the first set a little too fast. Only missed the last 100m , combo of exhaustion and random back pain which has already gone

Yeah well done Chris. Decent session that and some bonus points banked if you did need to take it a little easier later in the week. As with any run really, that pacing is always key and trying not to push too hard earlier in the session.
