The last core exercise seemed to disappear today without me marking it complete or incomplete. I would have run out of time for it anyway.
Rest going well. Just bit achey after long run but not to problem level

You had some bonus points in the bank from track on Tuesday so no worries about the missed Core. I have tweaked the dashboard slightly so perhaps that caused it to move. But that will be the last change I make for a while and after a few weeks it will settle down with all the feedback in one place. There might be a group running Sunday if you wanted to join. I’ll check for more details nearer the time. I do lead sometimes but not sure I’ll be ready this week.
