Plan 2 – Week 13

Missed a session this week but Sunday’s run, I felt good, and my splits actually improved as I went on. First time since half I haven’t felt legs tired from the start – amazing what a race takes out of you! Anyway, feeling positive for San Andrรฉs, with 4 weeks still to bank
