Mark Dunn has been a great asset at track over recent years often giving up his free time to help time the sessions when he’s been unable to run. He’s now keen to improve his own running and has entered the HHM in 2023.
Mark was running twice a week, including track and also doing 3 sessions a week in the gym. He’s keen to improve his running and build his endurance.
The first plan will be looking to build his fitness by introducing a 3rd run a week and slowly adding miles. As with any plan, injury prevention and enjoyment are top of the list of priorities.
