So I’m now starting plan 3 with Simon and thought I should probably leave some feedback. When I finally decided to commit to training after failing several times to stick to a training plan and picking up injuries I spoke to Simon.
After a MOT and a chat about what I wanted from running he created my first plan. This was definitely not set in stone and I threw the odd race in and as usual things came up. This was not a problem, Simon changed the plan up where needed. The feedback is great and definitely two way, using this I now have a decent strength training routine and a good balance with running. So the important things 2 training plans and both achieving the goal outcome and beyond.

Half marathon 1:27:59 to 1:25:28
I am in the best shape of my life and I owe that to signing up with PB runner and putting the work in.
The numbers speak for themselves but you get out what you put in.
Thank you Simon and the team for without you all I wouldn’t be out there chasing down the PB’s. I’ll be with you for many more.
