I just wanted to say thank you again SO much for all your help. Iโm really happy that I got a new hastings half PB, but also SUPER happy and pleasantly surprised with how well the whole run went in general.
HHM has always intimidated me, and as I have mentioned, the first 3 times I ran it were awful โ I crashed and burned each time, and felt at the mercy of the race, not in control at all. But, I am SOOO happy with how good I felt yesterday throughout the race, and how in control I felt, and that is all down to your helpย
While I can definitely tell my fitness and pace are improving from all the work done in the last 11 weeks at track and on the runs (thanks to your terrific plan and feedback) having a clear strategy for the run, STICKING to it, was sooooo helpful !!
I canโt say thank you enough, and I am looking forward to the next plan, if you will keep me onย
