The opportunity to hit your 10k goal time in one session, albeit with rests in between. But this is a really good session for those of you with a specific goal time in mind for 10k.

Just the one big session this week so feel free to move it. The day with the best weather or your shortest day at work. Whichever works best.

🙄 Just a fraction slow

First session in a while so didn’t go too hard, plus only had time for 8 reps. Not fast by any means but nice to get out there and put some effort in.

Pace looked very good. Under the 4 mins per km for a lot of it which suggests you are still close to your best. Sometimes making the most of your time available is what’s key. If you have time later in the week to add on extra 10-20 mins on a run, then do that, but it’s not imperative. Well done Kieran.
