Enjoyed that – only Linz was also on the track. Annoyingly I paused Strava 😑 Actuals were: 7:43, 7:41, 7:57, 7:50, 8:01, 8:05, 7:47, 8,07 (plus two more but I messed up my watch πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ but there were about same pace. Calf held up well and pleased with pace!

Very consistent and glad you enjoyed it. Yeah there were lots of reasons people couldn’t make today. Mine being our normal Monday Tesco delivery was moved back to Tuesday (10-11) πŸ™„ But really well done on the splits, a good session for you, and Lindsey appreciated the fact you were there.
