In Paul’s absence creating the routes have been fun, and getting more runners from different places is great! Loved this route and an easy 14 miles in the bag which felt great! Talking to different runners and listening to different targets aspirations, make the runs fly by!

I was going to message you to see what route you were doing but decided I needed a dead flat route to hit my marathon pace this week. But glad you’re having fun with these and nice to see a group of runners from different clubs coming together and running.
