100 will be enough here. Much of the gang will be over in Rye, so perhaps a chance to get some solo miles in.

Had a lovely run on the trails around Coombe haven, Nipping up into Crowhurst for a little extra mileage. If you’re looking for a location for trails, you could do worse. Slightly over grown in places and a little rutty, so you have to watch your step, but it was lovely. I trashed my legs in the gym on Friday (need to watch that), so it was hard work, but felt good and I got it done.

Really pleased you had another lovely run. Good to get our on the trails at this time of year. Try and keep the leg stuff simple in the gym if you can. 3 or 4 exercises is often enough and no need to push too hard. Consistency is definitely better. A really good weekend though. Well done Sue.
