Slowly adding time to your longer runs is the way forward. Keep the effort level down and continue to check in with your form.

If hitting the trails around 13 miles would be ideal here. Happy if you want to keep working to distance, it’s just easy from a training load point of view for me to put time, but I’ll always recommend the equivalent in miles so you can plot a route.

Went a bit over distance and time today as I went out with paul on his run. Done lots looping back as it was a little slow for me if the truth is known but I was nice to have company around and to do a route I wouldn’t of done otherwise. Another solid week done 💪

That’s fine. Time on feet right now is good and getting plenty of that. Plus no mention of that knee which makes me happy. It’s always going to be a leap of faith from training to race day but I feel like it’s all going well.
