I know. Sorry, but we need to maintain that fitness for the Rye 10. With that in mind, it might be worth adding in a few hills, even if it’s just Galley Hill before parkrun. Next weeks is a recovery week so this is the last long run before the Rye 10 Miler.

Had to have a little juggle around as life got in the way but I wasn’t making an excuse to not do it! Headphones on and tried listening to an audio as running alone meant no one to talk to. Got it done and covered the 10miles needed for Rye so super happy. Not going to say I was fast but I was fairly consistent
