Today ended up being a very awkward day to fit in 110 mins so split it up and added a bit a of tempo to ensure the load was hit. Felt really good on both runs!

Happy with that approach. I appreciate there are times when life gets in the way but having that awareness about your training load makes a big difference and allows you to make those adjustments and still hit the weekly target. Very happy, and smart thinking Fin.
