I need to sort my night before long run dinnner-spent too long panicking looking for a loo! That said I did it, 7mins short but as I almost went home 45mins in I take this as a win!

What did you eat out of interest? But it’s a good point, especially race day. I’ll be sticking to trusted pasta pre marathon, that I know I can digest. Really well done for getting most of this done, 7 mins is hardly going to make a difference, we can always add on 10 mins to a run next week as well 😏 Great job Kirsty.
