The humidity is really getting to how I feel. Although initially yesterday I was thinking I’m never going to be able to a long run my legs hurt too much but they are actually felt better. Perhaps it’s the increased protein I’m trying to eat. Rhys never got back on a nutrition plan so I’ve done my own research specific to being female and working on that. Also got my. Vitamin levels back and they are all fine so now I’m wondering how much is in my head 🧐

Really well done Lou, glad you enjoyed this. Sometimes there will be days where the head says no, but the body can actually do a lot more than you realise. Well done on doing some research regarding nutrition and it’s pleasing to hear you are making extra effort in that sense. Hopefully you’ll notice an improvement going forward. I still feel like you are running well though, so you should be pleased with your fitness right now.
