120 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3-5)

2 hours is a long time to run and it’s likely it will get tough in the last 30 mins. So dig deep, focus on good form and keep going. You got this!

Paul’s going to be doing some pretty big sub 3 marathon sessions over the next month. I just thought that might interest you? It would mean tweaking a few things, and obviously I’d need to check with him, but let me know. He’s got 3 x 3 miles at 6:50 pace this Sunday.

I planned the route! Check the heat and humidity and was very aware of how hot it was going to be! So chose a route out to Bexhill with a water fountain on the beach, then across the prom to Hastings with two more water fountains on route! Really enjoyed taking the group and planning the route! Half marathon in the bank!
