I’ve got cover the next 3 weeks for this. So depends if you want to join that group. In theory everyone should be able to run in one group and it’s worked ok in the past as you’ve found from your own experience. I think you’d benefit more if you didn’t have to worry about leading the slower group. That’s a slightly biased opinion, but obviously my goal as your coach is to suggest what I think is best for your running, hence that suggestion. Let me know what you think.
