Long Run – 120 Mins

120 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3-5)

2 hours is a long time to run and it’s likely it will get tough in the last 30 mins. So dig deep, focus on good form and keep going. You got this!

It would be great if you could come along and join the Sunday long run. It’s in my plan to lead the group this week and I’m hoping it will be a flat one as I’ve given myself a marathon session of sorts. These runs are Hastings Runners sessions so if you did want to come along regularly you would need to join, but at £20 a year it’s a no brainer really. But you’d be fine to turn up for this one and give a try first. Everyone is lovely.
