Long Run – 120 Mins

LOAD: 350

120 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3-5)

2 hours is a long time to run and it’s likely it will get tough in the last 30 mins. So dig deep, focus on good form and keep going. You got this!

Trying to maintain that endurance you build up, especially with the Rye 10 on the calendar. If you can do 2 hours on a Sunday you’ll be able to get round that challenging course.

I did a 26 mile bike ride on Good Friday in place of this. I hope that’s ok to swap out this once? I don’t think I have a long run in me on Easter Sunday. I’m going to have a lay in and eat an Easter egg instead. 😂 but 26 miles is a marathon right and I pushed hard. Turns out I’m quite good on the bike!

Of course that’s fine. I appreciate the Easter weekend is a busy one and doing both, especially with your hip would have been a risk. So this is fine. Glad you enjoyed it. Well done Lou.
