2 hours is a long time to run and it’s likely it will get tough in the last 30 mins. So dig deep, focus on good form and keep going. You got this!

Maintaining that endurance with Rye 10 in mind. Saturday morning with our London trip planned (looking forward to that). Combining it with parkrun really helps break it up. So perhaps start at 8am, then you’ll only have 25 mins after parkrun to do and there’s normally loads of people still around at that point.

Afternoon run along the Ouse, great scenery but I should have worn my trail shoes, the last 1/2 hour was tough.
