It was a good run, glad I did it, but it felt harder than the long run a few weeks back.

It was particularly warm and the uneven nature of the trails can add to the difficulty. Plus some runs are just tougher, for no apparent reason. Getting the time done is what matters and you did great. Lovely to have you as part of the group. Well done Alison. Hope all went well with the mother-in-law and hubby is feeling better now.
