Treadmill run 11.80mi, 1:32 slightly short. 38mi for the week ok given we raced on Sunday.

It’s been another strong week so really well done Adam!! Paul who I feel has been in a similar journey to the one you’re embarking on ran sub 2:57 at Chester yesterday so further evidence these plans work. He did that off very low mileage compared to what some marathon runners do. If you get the chance to look back at his Strava (Paul Lambert) it’s worth a peek, just to see the sessions he did and how he achieved his goal.
