Nothing but joy today. Really enjoyed that, pace was well off but single track with ten people is never going to be fast. Few aches after but it’s self inflicted due to yesterdays parkrun

So pleased you loved this. There are still going to be fitness benefits at that pace, so I wouldn’t worry about that. Probably wise too after the hard parkrun on Saturday. I might come and join your Sunday gang soon as well.
