Keep the long runs at a low effort level. Obviously the longer the time wears on the harder the run will become. Make sure you hydrate and take fuel with you.

Think I’m a few minutes short on this run πŸ€¦πŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸ˜† I thought I had 130 minutes not 140! My mistake. Really good run though. Nice to do a different looped route and every one looped back often so we all stayed pretty close together which was lovely. Chatty easy run with lovely people
