Wanted to do as close to original long run target as possible and would have done the 140 mins, but had to get back to check out. Felt good tho on what was a fairly undulating route

Well done Ben, some decent mileage covered here and good to get, what is probably one of the most important runs of the week ticked off. I feel from an endurance point of view, you’re in a really strong place right now with plenty of time before the marathon.
