140 Minute Long Run

LOAD: 430

140 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3-6)

Keep the long runs at a low effort level. Obviously the longer the time wears on the harder the run will become. Make sure you hydrate and take fuel with you.

Nice and easy. A tough balance as I appreciate it’s only 6 days until the Fox, but in the same sense we still want to keep the mileage high with Race to the Stones the ultimate goal. I know you’re not a massive fan of races but the Rye 10 would be a decent option, as the hills provide a good challenge and you could run it at a steady pace without going all out (just an idea, not expecting you to say yes).

All done 👍 nice little trot. Needed my navigation map through the woods next to Queensway. Feeling pretty good ahead of next weekend 😀

Fantastic work. Yeah I’ve got lost in those woods before, including late one evening when I spotted a hooded figure nearby. Freaked me out. Glad you are feeling positive, I feel like this plan has gone well with a good balance and the right mileage. Well done Stacey.
